BODY OVERVIEW: The body on this Model T appears to be in great condition, and this fine automobile had a cosmetic restoration performed within the last three years. Even the large amount of woodwork was nicely refinished!
PAINT CONDITION OVERVIEW: Since this car has had a recent cosmetic restoration, it's no surprise that the paint is in nice condition. There are so many of these cars running around with 30-year-old paint jobs on them, it's quite refreshing to see one with a recent paint job that looks this nice!
INTERIOR CONDITION OVERVIEW: The black vinyl seat is a great match to the exterior green, and really follows through on the original-style look. The interior is in nice, well-kept condition and has clearly seen minimal use since the cosmetic restoration took place. Like the exterior and structural wood, the interior wood is in nice condition and appears to have been refinished.
MECHANICAL OVERVIEW: The engine is exactly what you expect to see in an original-style Model T. It runs like a Model T, sounds like a Model T, and believe it or not, this thing drives like a Model T! The engine has had an accessory water pump added. Other recent mechanical repairs include new wiring, all four new tires, new spark plugs, and a rebuilt starter.
WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT THIS CAR: Those familiar with pre-war cars, especially Model As and Ts, know it can be a challenge to title these cars properly. Fortunately, this Model T has a clean title with the VIN matching to the engine number, which serves as the VIN for the Ts.
WHAT YOU MIGHT HATE ABOUT THIS CAR: No matter what you do, owning a Model T will be labor-intensive. If you don't like the idea of frequent maintenance, or having to keep track of necessary adjustments and services, this may not be the car for you.
