    Description

    Step back in time with the gorgeous vintage 18K yellow gold French Lorgnette eyeglasses. Exquisite beaded detail along the outer rim and a textured designed middle. The glasses have a sleek golden rim and fold gently on a hinge inside the handle . There is a bale to allow the glasses to be worn on a chain if desired. The glasses case when closed measures approx. 4 1/2" (not including the bale). The glasses extend approx. 3 3/4" out when open. There is a push opening on the top. The markings (double eagles, French 18k) are located on the attached bale and the center of the eyeglasses. 36.2 grams total weight.
    The original case fits the glasses securely (see photos).
