The HC Hunting Case (Savonette) crystal is a thin, almost flat round plastic watch crystal.
Please note that packaging does vary depending on the time it was manufactured by GS. You will receive the stock/part number as listed, but may or may not receive it in the same style of packaging shown in that items photo, and the following technical information regarding the approximate millimeter size may or may not apply. These HC Hunting Case (Savonette) crystals were made in quarter sizes from GS size 15 through GS size 52. On a number of the larger quarter and three-quarter sizes, the approximate millimeter size may vary by one tenth of a millimeter depending on when it was manufactured. We do not have any information as to if GS had changed their tooling, or simply changed how they rounded the hundredths. These are, and always have been sold by the GS size/part number and not the millimeter size, so we will point that occasional tenth of a millimeter difference out on some part numbers (and only some stock of some of those part numbers), but we will not accept returns nor complaints as you will receive the correct GS part number that you order. It is semi-irreverent anyway, for example if size 31-3/4 is 1/10 of a millimeter different, it still is the only size between size 31-1/2 and size 32.
