WOW! You are going to simply love what we just picked up on a recent Antique Road Show! An elderly gentleman walked up to our table and asked if we would be interested in purchasing his “Large” lifelong accumulation of U.S. & World coins.  We said certainly as we were the only antique dealer at the show that also buys and sells coins and currency.
We asked some questions about how he acquired the coins and he explained that he made a lifetime career in the military. He said he was stationed in Europe, Asia, The Middle East as well as the U.S. just to name a few. During his military career and like many folks did back in the day, he saved all of his change that he acquired. Also during his off time, he actually collected coins attending coin shows, swap meets, pawn shops, etc.
He then went on to explain he had a “LOT” of coins and he wasn’t joking! A few hours later, the elderly gentleman was back along with two muscular young lads that he said was his grandsons. Each were carrying large buckets and boxes of coins that even they had trouble carrying!
After many trips back and forth from the parking lot, we had sitting in front of our table what the gentleman estimated at well over 1500 pounds of coins. We wrote him a down payment check, shipped them back to our office and just a few days ago agreed on a final settlement price.  Now they are ours to sell and for the first time ever, we are offering this Lifelong Collection for sale exactly as purchased totally unsearched by us exclusively to the eBay collector community!!!
