An antique circa 19th century Arts & Crafts style English or British "Liberty" solid sterling silver snail, escargot, or seashell belt buckle in excellent pre-owned condition.
measures 2" wide by 1 3/4" long
interior has several markings..."Liberty Sterling", a "T" in an omega shaped motif, & numbers that read "NCG-1232"
weighs in at 50 grams of sterling silver
I believe this to be a Liberty & Co. sterling piece
